They have lost the Love Seat that we have already paid for. The follow up communication is very poor. The customer service is unacceptable
Very rude saleman...Would have purchased then but came back later and bought from a different guy... Still got the phone number wrong and I had to do all the tracking..They made no effort to correct
Rather rude attitudinal salesperson. When she was wished Happy Thanksgiving she replies " that's not my religion," and "Happy Ramadan". What a jackass!
I have been trying to get my couch fixed since September of last year. The customer service department just doesn't return calls. When they finally sent someone out, whom I thought was going to fix it, he said he was only there to inspect. That was in January. I only need to have the foam in the seats and back replaced since they lost their density in less than a year. Hopefully someone will read and revamp their customer service department and fix my couch!
I wish I were able to buy half of what they sell. Does not matter which half. (Of course I am joking, but they do sell really good stuff :)
