I have bought almost all sets from this store assuming this store is local and can we very trustworthy .Though it was in vain.Me and my friend we both furnitures from here .I will describe all one on one Dinning set -Wood swollen and gradually ripping like wood planks , Leather Couch/Love seat-Did not even last 2 yrs well ,both love seat's leather started ripping off,Bedroom set -the edges of the bed as well as dresser shading color,looks like they are ripping off too.Dont wonder after all these experiences am still buying furniture from them its only because I would say the sales people have mastered in negotiation in closing sales.I bought all these sets almost in very short span/gap so could not actually evaluate the products they had .Now am so frustrated I don't even feel like calling the store because it will only give me high BP nothing else .They will have excuse and shear explanation for all.
It's okay. They have limited space to display their furniture, but they can order a whole bunch of items they don't have on hand. They do not accept any returns or exchanges. All purchases are final with no buyer protections as posted at their service desk. They employees are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would probably rate this location higher if the facilities were in great condition and they offered a warranty for repairs, parts, or service.
We got furniture (dining table, TV cabinate, king bed set) from this place and I must say I am really happy with the quality and service provided by Homelife. I went to almost every store in Fremont and Dublin/pleasanton area, but didn't find what I was looking for. At Homelife, we found what we were looking for and with the best price available.
Also the staff there was just amazing, as they understand your needs and then recommended the right stuff to buy. I would highly recommend this place .
I would recommend this store for your furniture. I bought bed room set, Dining set and living room set. Sales persons Luis Aguirre and Jon Le are great helper and good advisers. Their pricing are very competitive and the do match their competitor's pricing.
Not a lot of options in store. Delivery fee for Pleasanton, Dublin, and Livermore just under $90 and if it's in stock can be delivered within 3 days.
