The food there was amazing and the atmosphere was great, a good place for date night or to just enjoy. Very kind staff and outgoing.
This place is great!! So glad they are right down the street from me. Make no mistake: this is a five star restaurant. NO idea why they are not closer to that number, crazy. Come in , you wont regret it. Maybe they had to get their stride going after opening up here a few years ago or something, but certainly now the food coming out of the kitchen is fabulous. It is a beautiful restaurant with white table cloths and a full bar, but also kid friendly and outstanding service. They have seabass and scallops on the menu, as well as green chile stuffed with cheese in a sweet corn curry, and my boyfriend likes the chicken tika masala. For me the best things on the menu are these: bhona gosht (goat) specialty, the salmon tika, the hot madras curry (yum!!!), the eggplant dishes (app and the baingan barta), the black lentils, the soup, the cauliflower dishes (both the Manchurian appetizer and the aloo gobi), and the ground lamb with peas, the garlic naan with butter, and the lemon rice is also good. Plus I can feed my vegan mother here as the vegetarian is good and vegan friendly. Plus they have a lunch buffet. Everything is very good as the chef is outstanding. This is the best Indian place in town, hands down. Not the cheapest, but certainly the tastiest.
Great food, very good ambiance. Been there a couple of times. Service was bad once but the staff was apologetic (claimed it was due to a couple of no shows). But the food made up for the delay. I am vegetarian. Everything I have tried has been good but my personal favorites are Gobi Manchurian, Dum Aloo Banarasi and above all, Bharwan Baingan. Hope they can sustain the taste and the quality!
Best Indian food ever! The waiter was very funny and helpful! Fast service and everything tastes delicious, even the leftovers were so good. Drooling for more!
