Also the shuttle is first come first serve and I found a hefty line Monday morning at 8am. So the walkability was definitely important.
The hotel is a bit old itself with some clunky elevators and all or nothing climate controls but the staff is extremely helpful and eager. You get free water and apples. In the room there's a mini fridge, coffee maker, iron and hair dryer but no microwave.
Our overnight at the Pleasanton Marriott was very enjoyable. The hotel was right off the highway and very easy to get into and back onto the road quickly. Our room was spacious and clean with plenty of towels and toiletries. The hotel was beautiful. The lobby was very nice, with plenty of tables and comfortable seating. The pool was open late and we enjoyed the hot tub as well. Only drawback was that we ordered in pizza and they wouldn't allow us to sit outside at the tables and eat. There were six of us and we ended up standing in our room in wet swimsuits to enjoy our late dinner. Most of the hotel staff was wonderful. We'll stay here again if in the area.
Had a company meeting in one of the conference rooms. It was a good size. They served us breakfast, lunch, and dinner here. The lunch was delicious and bottomless coffee. The unlimited coffee was greatly appreciated. This hotel is at the junction of I-580 & I-680. Very convenient location.
This is a very nice hotel. It was very clean, smelled very fresh and had nice decorations. The lobby area was a great place to meet for drinks and socialize.
I got married at a the Shannon Community Center and this hotel was literally a 4 minute drive down the same road. Location was convenient for my guests and I, especially after hours of partying. The room was a good size; we had a King sized bed and there was still a nice little couch if someone needed a place to stay. Nice shower, though I never like the hotel soaps and shampoo provided and this was no exception. Overall, would stay again, especially for the fantastic price!
Stayed here for business. The location is very convenient. Less than 5 minute walk to the local mall with restaurants, and there's a Target in the other direction.
