Although we only stayed for a couple nights, I would be more then comfortable to stay for longer. Not only are the rooms great, but the price is extremely reasonable at the time of our stay at $150 with tax.
Clean, quiet, good location. Good continental breakfast. Kitchen was stocked with utensils, pots and pans, but I didn't cook
Free warm cookies in the evening and decent free breakfast in the morning. The rooms are fully stocked long term stay rooms, with a full sized fridge, mini dishwasher, and all the dishes and utensils you could need to make you feel at home.
The laundry room is always pleasing and presentable to the eye and the rooms are always clean. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
The location is pretty easy to access and very close to a few restaurants. The conference room I used was very well kept and appropriately air-conditioned. The lighting in the room didn't *exactly* fit my needs, but I don't think most people use the conference rooms for what I do (teach classes) so this may not be an issue for other uses. The service was fine, although I can't say that I had much cause for interaction with the staff, so I suppose that could be seen as a positive or negative depending on who's reading this. They had signs clearly posted directing my students to the room. Only other thing I have to say is that I was very aware of how they scented the hallways -- there was a strong, perfume-y fragrance throughout the hotel that I thought was pleasant, but I can understand how some people may be cautious about that sort of thing, what with allergies and all.
Staff was very accommodating and the facility is very close to anything you could need in Pleasanton.
I really enjoyed my stay here. Loved the surrounding location. Lots of good places to eat within walking distance. There's a comedy club across the street if you want to be entertained. The rooms are spacious with nice TVs, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, cool little kitchenette with a full-size fridge and a little dishwasher. Comfortable workspace for the business traveler. The breakfast area was swamped with people, so I just got coffee and a bagel and went back to my room. The front desk was extremely polite and welcoming. Had fruit and cookies for guests when they checked in. The only downside to this property was no pool. I'd definitely stay here again for my next business trip to the Bay Area.
