The ladies that work here are super nice when you are buying something but extremely rude when you want to return something. I've been going to this store for years and I have the platinum insider thing and still everyone I want to return something they have a issue and act like they don't know how to do it. Or when I use a coupon they always have issue as if they aren't going to make money off me because I'm using a coupon. fyi ladies you still make money if someone uses a coupon and most of the time even more because you always have to buy at least a certain amount just to use the coupon.
This store was ABSOLUTELY understaffed and I received no welcome upon entering the store. The workers had no sense what so ever and I couldn't even receive help from a decent employee to assist me with my bra sizing. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE UNLESS YOU ARE LOOKING TO BE IGNORED TO THE MAXIMUM.

I had the same problem when returning items very rude wouldn't give me full price back even with my reciept. I have been shopping here and online for years spent plenty of money 20 thousand plus collectively. Online there are problems with shipping all the time delay, delay, delay, when you use a coupon they gave you and they feel that your getting to good of a deal they say a item sold out they don't have it BS. I'm done with torrid and there games they have motivated me to cut the credit card up, pay it off, I will never shop with them ever again, bringing in 2017 without torrid F it I'm a lose weight shop at Macy's again. Hope you guys survive Trump Torrid no more out sourcing clothes from China. Yes.
