Except that they do not have a drop off option on weekends, everything else was good. As the office remains closed on weekends, we cant drop the keys on Saturday's or Sunday's. Rest all were good, competitive price compare to others when you book online
I rented a Vehicle from another Hertz and now having a problem with the vehicle drivers window. I called this location to see if they had any vehicles available and they said yes hold a minute. once back on the phone i told them about the vehicle i was having a problem with and would like to exchange it for a new one. he was very rude and and said the they didnt have any vehicles at this time. I know they just didnt want to trade in my vehicle that i was having problems with for a new one. Very poor customer service and very rude. I would not go to this location.
They called me the morning of my reservation to tell me they have no cars and my reservation has been cancelled

They have no car even I made a reservation.
We made a reservation at this place online at least a month ahead and today (5/23/17) at around 9 am we went to pick up the car. They had no car. All they said, "if" they get something by evening or tomorrow they will call us. We needed the car right away and that's why we made the reservation way ahead and we are also enrolled in their gold program. But looks like none of this matters in their business model. They don't care if you have got into trouble because of them. Three guys sitting there none even said sorry out of courtesy, didn't look they are willing to serve politely and they didn't even try to call other locations to see if they can help us.
I have to many times visit again and again.
I took a smaller size car. They told me, they will change next day. But they still have no car.
