Your staff are pleasant and being picked up is a great perk .... that said, your rates are soaring.... to pay $50+ per day to rent a small car (repeat renter, too) is excessive ...when there are lower rates around for good cars ($26 a day, for example). If your rates stay that high, I will choose a competitor definitely ... the difference in rates will pay for cab or Uber fare, with money back. You're losing a faithful customer.
This Enterprise location has all been good to us!!!. They always try to upgrade us whenever possible that is why We never go elsewhere anymore. But On our last rental with them, the upgrade didn’t go well, we had a minor setback. It only took 1 phonecall to Chad the manager & when we returned the car, Not only did he let us return it 1 day early, He also gave us a $10 gas refund, & waived our insurance for the whole rental trip. We couldn’t be happier!. Overall, The staff are always great especially Ryan & Chad who worked the whole process for us. Like I said before this setback will not stop us from coming back. You guys always do good for us... Free upgrade whenever you can... Thanks you guys!!!! ... We really Appreciate it!!!... We will be back Soon!!!
I've been an Enterprise client for more than 25 years, from the East Coast to the West Coast, and this store is definitely the friendliest and most helpful.
The staff were very friendly, professional and efficient. The car was in excellent mechanical condition, and comfortable. We got excellent gas mileage on a long trip. We will return to this facility!
This place is really Great! This crew of people are really friendly, always smiling and happy and they know their customers on a first name basis. The GM Chad, is a great guy and he's always ensuring customer satisfaction. He's provided exceptional autos at very reasonable prices.
Great Rates and great customer service. Andy and Rawny (sorry if I misspelled it) were fantastic. Was picked up and dropped off. Can't ask for better service at a lower cost of other car rental locations. You can tell the staff their love their jobs which makes me want to go back!
