Had a great experience buying my daughter a new bike at Bicycles! Pleasanton. The owners were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. They helped adjust the bike so it fit her properly. Definitely better quality bikes and much better customer service than you'd get buying a kids' bike from a big box store.
Very personal service and lifetime maintenance included is reason I am a repeat customer. Purchased a bike for myself and one for daughter in SDSU 3 years ago. After shopping around Internet and other local shops, purchased a 2ND mountain bike and it climbs like a goat! Personal friendly service, lifetime maintenance, great Internet site, and those 70% off sales I'm hooked.

I'm giving them 3 stars because they did do a good job with handling our needs and seem to know what they're doing . However the service felt dry and fake. Hispanics are not made to feel comfortable at this establishment. I'm happy with the quality of their products and reasonable prices , but don't think I would go back as I felt their service wasn't genuine towards my Latino family and I.
