Went here to repair wife's wedding ring. Felt like I was being pushed along to make a decision while I was trying to understand a world I know very little about (jewelry). I was told many different things I could do to fix the problem, but it didn't seem like they were using any wisdom to help me make the right decisions. Some contractors do that too. They basically say "Here are all these options that you could choose from cheap to expensive." Seems like they don't care what you choose as long as you choose something. In the end I chose a repair option and they did a good job for a pretty good price in my opinion.
i have been going to stoneridge mall for years and i had visited lots of jelewers but i found kay stoneridge the best and TASHONDA CLARK is the most talented sales person. Very friendly and knowledgable!
Twice I went into Kay's expecting to buy my mother 50th birthday present and twice I revived ZERO service. Not even a hello not even I will be with you shortly nothing what so ever. I have never been to a jewelry store with such piss poor service. I will not shop here anymore I would rather drive a lot further out my way to better stores.
