Now if they have an issue cleaning cars and trucks with dirt on them I think it would be obliged if they posted their ridiculous policy of upcharging so we all can have a good laugh.
Pleasnton hand carsh is very good.one day i came to wash my car they receive me well and they treated my car has there own car ...i appericiate there employees for the good job good staff members thats the thing i will 5start rating .
So Sorry but SAVE YOUR $30.99. First time in my life I did not leave a tip...:-( I was extremely disappointed. I felt as if I should have asked for my money back. Not sure what else to say. AS YOU CAN SEE I love a glowing review because someone deserves it. So sorry not this time...Darn PHCW you have such a great location and nice customers...I had a pleasant chat with another lady waiting and she was nice too.
This place sucks. I asked the guy nicely if they could shine the dash board. N he tried to charge me $200 for it. He said we have to detail the car and apply conditioner. Prices are to high. $40 for a damn wash and vacume.
Boy........ This place has fallen from grace. Prices raised to +$30.00 for a basic car wash and today it took over 40 minutes to get me car washed. I was told they were shorthanded, but there seemed to be a lot of people standing around. SLOW, SLOW, SLOW..... You can't charge a premium price and then waste peoples time. My last visit to this car wash..... can go elsewhere close for $20.00 and get a wash in 1/2 the time......
My advise is try to decrease the price little bit so that you can get more customers because your car wash is held from so many years i know every customer will love your service with the car ...

Now do they do a good job-it's ok. Not great. The last wash they left the inside of my windshield untouched and the inside of the rear camper shell window untouched as well. There are many small areas usually missed. That's not a great wash just an ok one. Except they charge far more than others.
I've been taking my pickup here for almost two years (approx 10 times). It's the only car wash in the area with which my truck fits. About 2 washes ago the manager starts yelling (yes I mean yelling) about my vehicle not fitting and he would not be responsible for any damage. I asked "you are not actually raising your voice at me are you"? He walked away. This time the same manager tells me he's charging an extra $15 on top of an already inflated car wash price to remove the dirt stuck from driving through a shallow creek in the High Sierras. Not much dirt, no more than coming for a wash after a rainy day. Which I tried to explain to him but for his interrupting me mid stream (no pun intended) with a dismissing wave of his hand.
