Dishonest. We planned a girls weekend and booked in advance. At last minute when we called to confirm they said they could not accommodate. First they said 2 therapists quit. They then called back and said therapist was in car accident (2 days before appt). Not sure, did the therapist quit or were they in an accident. At least be honest.
Called multiple times during business hours to try to schedule an appointment, no answer. Drove to the shop, closed. (Even though hours which are clearly posted on the store front windows say it should be open). How can you make any money this way?
